Alessandro Valentini is a trained personnel services specialist (IHK) and holds a degree in business psychology (B.Sc.). After completing his dual studies, he gained valuable experience in leading personnel consultancies in Munich and developed a sound expertise in the targeted recruitment of specialists.
By founding his company, he is pursuing the goal of supporting companies as a reliable solution provider in the competition for qualified specialists and at the same time opening up new career prospects for talented individuals.
Based on his in-depth knowledge of the market and his flair for finding the right fit, Alessandro brings companies and specialists together in a sustainable way - with the aim of creating long-term added value and successful partnerships.
Brigitte Gerstl-Valentini
Brigitte Gerstl-Valentini is an experienced language trainer specializing in integration courses and exam preparation (A1-B2). She has been successfully accompanying learners on their path to linguistic and social integration for many years.
As a BAMF-certified lecturer, she mainly teaches integration courses in which she prepares her learners specifically for exams and everyday (professional) life in Germany. Regular further training ensures that her lessons always meet the latest requirements.
Thanks to her own experience abroad (Spain), she has a deep understanding of intercultural challenges. In addition to German (her mother tongue), she speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
With her many years of experience, her enthusiasm for languages and her empathetic approach to teaching, she helps talented people from abroad to build a new perspective in Germany.
